Tracy Cameron


With 22 years of credit union experience, Tracy is a well-versed executive with experience that includes Human Resources, Corporate Culture, Training, Coaching, Sales and Service, and Retail Delivery. During her tenure as a credit union leader, Tracy was responsible for engaging people, organizational culture, and training strategies, along with being part of several merger integration teams. Tracy also has experience in overseeing the retail delivery area of an organization where she was responsible for retail branching strategies, and call center. Tracy’s experience in the financial services industry, coupled with her love of helping organizations develop strategies around people, culture, change, and professional development, allows her to help organizations energize and engage their workforce.


Tracy holds a Bachelor of Human Resource Management from Oakland University, and is a CUNA Management School graduate.
