Jessica S. Richardson

With more than 14 years of executive level experience, Jessica has a highly successful track record in brand management, market segment management, website management and corporate communications. Her approach is both highly creative and results driven, which has lead to significant portfolio growth, expense reduction, and successful new product launches for the organizations she has served. Jessica is a recipient of numerous marketing, website and retail merchandising awards. Also an accomplished speaker and trainer, she has spoken to groups around the world. Jessica earned her Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Management from Saginaw Valley State University and has completed post-graduate coursework and ongoing education seminars in her field.

Ellen R. Charlebois

With over 25 years experience across many industry sectors, Ellen has broad expertise in strategy development, project management and general administration. Her primary career focus has been managing all aspects of human resources. Ellen’s specialty is in orchestrating organizational harmony through aligned recruitment, training, and talent management strategies. She is also a great agent of organizational change who can assess organizational needs and create an effective change management strategy. She holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from Northwood University and has completed education programs at the University of Michigan, Michigan State University, and the Center for Management Research. Ellen is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management.

Catherine A. Roberts

With over 30 years of leadership experience in CEO roles, Catherine has specialized in turnaround opportunities and new business initiatives. She has a broad background that includes experience in CEO selection, building winning teams, strategic planning, public speaking and executive coaching. Catherine is also skilled with improving Board/CEO relations allowing them to achieve ultimate success. Catherine has received numerous awards for her leadership including being named one of Detroit’s Most Influential Women, receiving the Distinguished Leadership Award from the Michigan Business and Professional Association, being inducted into the Macomb County Hall of Fame and most recently she is the recipient of the Michigan Credit Union League's 2012 Distinguished Service Award. In addition to her many awards Catherine has achieved the designation of International Credit Union Development Educator and has also received an honorary Doctor of Laws Degree from Detroit College of Business.

Terri Collins

30 years of diverse business experience with a global fortune 50 company. Background includes program and project management for numerous functions and departments, including human resources, environmental health and safety, facility management and quality assurance. As a global service leader, Terri has led centralization, reorganization and integration activities to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Experience in supervisory, administrative and project leadership roles coupled with training in Six Sigma methodology, experience in business case development and budget management provide a solid base to help clients in achieving business objectives. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Michigan State University, and a Masters in Finance from Wayne State University. 

Kristin Sullivan, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

With over 15 years of business experience in the field of Human Resources, Kris has strong technical expertise in the areas of compensation & benefits, labor relations, recruitment, retention, employment record-keeping, performance evaluations, assessments, and employee surveys.  Her knowledge in the areas HR compliance and regulatory requirements provide direction in putting best practices in place. A creative and resourceful person, Kris is known for helping clients to find the best way to accomplish their goals in the area of human resources. She received her BBA from Northwood University, trained in Six Sigma Green Belt, and is certified in Profiles XT, Profiles Sales Assessment, Profiles Managerial Fit, and Checkpoint 360. She is a member of SHRM and holds the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SCP) and the Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certifications.

Christopher R. Brown, CAE

With over 15 years of government affairs and non-profit management experience, Chris has extensive experience in lobbying the United States Congress, federal regulatory agencies and state legislatures.  He has directed grassroots advocacy campaigns and is an expert in the areas of campaign finance and political action committee management and development.  Known in political circles as a bipartisan consensus builder he has lead successful legislative campaigns in the areas of tax, energy, health, labor and workforce policy.  Chris also has experience in the areas of non-profit finance, project management, marketing and social media.  He has also conducted training sessions for hundreds of trade association members during his years of trade association experience in Washington, DC and New Jersey.  Chris received a Bachelor of Arts in History from The College of Wooster in Wooster, Ohio and a Master of Public Administration from The George Washington University in Washington, DC.  In 2007, he received the Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential from the American Society of Association Executives.

Erika Oliver, PMP

With more than 14 years of experience as a consultant Erika’s specialty is working with successful people, teams and organizations who at times face challenges with communication, change, planning, relationships and teamwork. Erika uses her professional expertise to solve problems, meet goals, and expand resources. Erika Oliver’s expertise in formal and interpersonal communication along with her facilitation and project management skills offer simple tools and practical approaches that are immediately effective and sustainable. With her diverse background she offers multiple solutions across several disciplines to clients. Erika earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Nazareth College and a Master of Public Administration degree from Western Michigan University. Most recently, Erika completed a graduate certificate program in Organization & Management Development and has received intensive training in Behavior Systems Analysis.
